At ZHIYUN Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and promotional gifts that were included in the initial shipment.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
